Knowledge of the main provisions of the Swiss Penal Code.

  • Self defense

  • State of necessity lawful

 

Knowledge of the main provisions of the arrangement on security companies from 18 October 1996.

  • Respect for the law (art. 10 and 15)

  • Collaboration with the (art.10b and 16)

  • Obligation to report (article 17)

  • Legitimation and advertising (Article 18)

  • Weapons (art. 21)

 

Knowledge of the main provisions of the arms (for agents licensed to carry a weapon)

  • Practical shooting

  • Carrying weapons

  • Conservation weapons

  • Transporting weapons

  • Theory shooting

  • Control of handling weapons

The profession of bodyguard requires discipline, keen sense of observation, fighting techniques, martial arts. The bodyguard has often have experience of security officer, even from a corps of army or security forces. Therefore, so that protection is effective and adequate, then these qualities are essential.
